Digital Print

Image
This is my transfer print from my phone, a photo of my cousins dog biting my hand, the picture isn't as detailed or bright as I would have hoped but there is only so much I can do to fix it. I'll try again at some point and hopefully it's better.

Color Masking

Image
Are these daffodils? I can’t tell, I don’t know flowers. In this photo I edited it to isolate the color of the flowers, making the center the main focus compared to if it was not edited. This is the meta data. Out and about at old town with my friend’s jacket in the back. In this picture I highlighted the blue of the chair along with its texture, showing how worn down it is. Along with emphasizing the blue in my friend’s jacket. This image also uses form with the shape of the chair and the heart in the back of it. Here’s the meta data. Makes the room look so drab doesn’t it? In this photo I cut out the red of the chair, amongst the background to make it the center of the phot. The rule of thirds is also applied since the top of the chair is in the middle hitting a line that would be there. Lastly here is the meta data for this picture.

Space

Image
Infinite trees, no I think there are just five of them. Seems that way doesn’t it? This photo uses depth of field and layering to make the distance between the first tree and the last seem bigger. Here is the metadata. Smells nice in my room now. Not sure why my phone decided it was food. This photo uses negative space to make the focal point stand out against the background. Here’s the metadata. Can you see my cat plushie in the back I’m sure you can. This image uses linear depth to create the distance of the wall. This is the metadata. What’s around the corner? Care to find out? This photograph uses depth of field and negative space to separate the corner of the wall to the back of the wall. Here’s the metadata. Half and half. Just like the fridge door. This photo uses depth of field to make the space between the fridge door and the fridge larger. Here’s the data for the picture.

Texture

Image
The wall of solitude, school or prison.  This image uses a full shot to show all the detail on the wall along with a light flash to highlight small details.    Is this a head or copper springs?  This photo uses shadow, and flash making the brightest parts brighter, highlighting the detail.   Feeling thirsty anyone?  This picture uses, shadow, texture, and lines. Lines to direct the eye towards the left where the water ripples are and show to create depth along with the focus solely on the left. Should've taken a picture of a hotdog to match this one.  This photo uses colors and definition to make the rule of thirds to make the focus more clear, the red is in the middle.  Apples to apples with some added dirt.  This picture directs the eye with the most defined part in the center which is white.

Form

Image
Red all over, valentines must be here soon. Represented in a motorbike that’s interesting. This picture uses red and form of the ceramic motorbike. The brighter red makes it more of the focal point. This is the metadata for the photo. Little man made of straw just sitting there. I hope he doesn’t go into politics. This photo uses form by making the background out of focus to make the doll the focal point along with the ceramic figure next to it.  Here’s the meta data for it. Why’s the typewriter on the couch? Will anything be written here, probably not. This picture uses a bland background to show the typewriter more clearly. Lighting it from above to give it atmosphere.  And here’s the last metadata.
